1:1 Coaching: This includes an intensive 75-minute "Launch" session PLUS four (4) 45-minute coaching sessions (weekly sessions that begin after your first launch session).
Online Course: Your 1:1 coaching sessions will run alongside our signature leadership course, Rise or Regret: Become the Parent Leader Your Family MUST Have. Each module was created to maximize learning around the core variables you'll need to become a confident and influential parent leader.
Unlimited Text/Video Support: All coaching students will receive direct text support from Lester (Founder, Head Coach), with the ability to shoot over questions (text or voice, your choice) as needed and receive replies via text, voice or video.
Check-In Session: You will have a 75-minute check-in session with Lester, scheduled 30-45 days after your last weekly coaching session. We will review how you're doing with your goals, how your beliefs & mindsets are serving you, and review any other individually-designed aspects of your journey. We can work on new strategies, modify tactics - all customized for YOU.

Week 1
LAUNCH. I will lead you through an intensive launch session where you will get clear on where you are today vs. where you want to be, and then what it will take for you to journey forward. You will also receive access to your online courses, coach contact information, and more.
Week 2
Leadership. You will be introduced to the "Parent Leader" framework, where we create a shared definition for what leadership is - and, most importantly, how to create it.
Week 3
Truth. The foundations for great communication and influence building all rest upon an intimate understanding of personal truth. You must - YOU WILL - get coached to a state of mastery around this core concept.
Week 4
Influence. Every parent hungers for it, but only a minority will ever positive it in a truly positive way... Influence. You will be given the playbook for creating it and coached all around it's execution. You WILL become a source of positive influence for your child.
Week 5
Putting it ALL Together. Now it's time to create direction for you & your parenting. We create a future state of being for you and your family, and we outline the process to achieve it. Your course will wrap up with a whole module dedicated to BIG ACTION you can immediately take to charge into the future of YOUR design.

Check-In. How are you doing? How is the plan you created working for you? Are there tweaks or even whole changes we can make? What wins can we celebrate? This your time to get some extra coaching, alternative perspectives, and more. (Virtual Meeting)
