We do not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe and ThriveCart in accordance with their PCI-DSS compliance standards.

We use ConvertKit to manage our email list. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored in ConvertKit's systems in accordance with their privacy policy.

 

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:

 

Purchase and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.

Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Coaching session records are retained at our discretion and are available to clients upon request.

Account data on Teachable is retained in accordance with Teachable's data retention policies.

 

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a manner consistent with applicable law.
