You know the pattern.
Start strong. Mean it completely. Watch it fall apart somewhere around week two. Tell yourself this time was different. Mean that too.
The Sunday ritual where you map out your best week... up at 5am, home for dinner, real time with the people you love. And by Monday afternoon it's already in rubble. By Tuesday you've stopped entirely. And the next Sunday you do the exact same thing.
The debt doesn't just pile up in your habits. It piles up in your identity. At some point you stopped being someone who shows up for themselves. You just haven't said that out loud yet.
